Ellen lived through this very dynamic, and ended up walking away from a six-figure leadership role after 20-years of building sales teams.  She’s spent the last 8 years sailing around the world, and working with clients “in every port” to transform their lives.

The intuitive practices that led Ellen into her current life of adventure are the same practices that guide her client work - as she supports leaders in shifting their careers, navigating complex mid-life decisions, and sometimes even starting & growing their own businesses.

When Ellen isn’t supporting leaders creating the life of their dreams or forging bold new paths, you can usually find her fixing something on her boat, exploring a new port or enjoying some land time from the back of a horse.
